Arbitas processing center was designed to ensure high performance and fault tolerance of the payment system
  • Possibility of running multiple application servers with session replication
  • Possibility of duplicating servers for payment terminals and possibility of load balancing
  • Possibility of duplicating communication channels by connecting them to different Internet service providers
  • Possibility of creating a failure-safe cluster. Database mirroring capability.
  • Data partitioning. Database structure was designed for heavy loads.
  • Breakdown of accumulated payments by months allows for a significant reduction in the load on the server when creating reports and sampling data
  • Preliminary data aggregation. Data for the construction of a number of reports are stored already in a summarized form. The volume of entries in these tables is up to 100 times smaller than in operating payment tables. This ensures a manifold increase in the speed of creating reports and reduces the load on the server hardware. As a result, a much greater scalability of the processing center is achieved
  • Minimum operating table data. The structure of tables was designed for large volume of stored data. This contributes to a lower input/output of disk subsystem, reduces the workload, and improves scalability and performance
  • High-speed operation with terminals. When adding a payment, only the entering of that payment into the database is executed. No other queries are executed

User account security

  • User authentication in the user account both by password and by personal certificate
  • Storage of certificates on electronic USB keys (eToken)
  • Use of virtual keyboard to enter password
  • Limit of user login by IP address and by working time
  • Additional user login confirmation by code sent by SMS (two-factor authentication)

Terminal security

  • Communication with the server via an encrypted HTTPS channel
  • Terminal authentication on the server using a digital signature (SHA1 + RSA), which is present in every request of the terminal
  • Possibility of setting daily limits for terminals
  • Storage of terminal equipment code on the server in order to avoid theft of terminal keys
  • Fraud monitoring system adjustable in the user account for fraudulent payments on all payment-accepting devices

  • More than 30 successful commercial deployments
  • Full integration of payment solutions
  • Presence all over the world: Russia, CIS, Europe, Asia, and Latin America
  • Easy adaptation to a different country. Launching of turnkey project takes from two weeks to two months
  • 95% of suppliers can be connected within one hour to three days using a universal integration tool
  • Possibility of reworking or redesigning part of the complex to meet the customer's needs
  • Cross platform. The operating system on the server, terminal or cashier's workplace is chosen directly by the customer
  • Openness of the system. Easy integration of external sales channels via an open XML protocol by the customer himself
  • High performance and scalability. Payment acceptance networks consisting of thousands of points can be serviced
  • Wide range of hardware supported by the terminal software
  • Remote management of the entire payment acceptance network from your private account
